Easy to use, the only drawback is it’s a bit awkward to remove the reservoir to empty, but once out, easy to transport and dump the water.

I have been using this dehumidifier for about a month and it is doing a great job for a smaller house it is fairly easy to move around on a smooth floor if you want to change rooms. It is a fairly loud fan but you are going to have that with any product that has enough power to do the job probably. I would definitely buy it again as long as it continues to work smoothly.

Per the instructions, I took it out of the box and let it rest upright for 24 hours before installing it. It started working immediately. Easy to set up and understand. I empty it twice a day.perhaps should have gotten a bigger model. The basement is small (around 400 sq feet) but very damp. I wish the power cord was longer. There is only one place to plug it in, which is naturally furthest from the dampest side of the basement. The instructions say not to use an extension cord, so there it stays.

One word: TEXAS! The room I placed this in was very humid; outside building with the enclosable room. The electric cost with the item on 24/7 is running about a dollar per day, but this is an outbuilding and I would assume in a house it would be less and once the room we have it in is fixed up a bit more it will be less as well. Haven’t received an electric bill yet but as it’s summer and the ac is also running so expect there will most likely be an upcharge even though it is rated as energy efficient. Worked immediately and had to empty the reservoir 2x a day for the first few weeks. Now only emptying the water collection once a day with the reservoir half full. It is keeping the humidity level at about 45-50%.

Quality Dehumifier & Support! Got my first one a week ago and just received my second. They are quiet and have easy-to-use controls. The first one is making good progress in my basement with wet concrete due to the high groundwater level. The two of them should be able to dry it up nicely. I have hoses attached to both that I run to a drain. I am moving them around drying up the wettest areas. Eventually, I expect to just place one at each end. Much more effective than my old dehumidifier. Highly recommend this unit.

Best humidifier ever! This 4500 sq ft dehumidifier works very well. I bought it 2 weeks ago (June in Michigan and very humid and hot) I have a 3400 sq ft ranch type with a very large unfinished basement. I run it all day and shut it off at night.
